Can one purchase Cape Union Mart gear over the internet?

The Cape Union Mart website is not e-commerce enabled and not equipped to handle online transactions or orders.

Any customer living outside the borders of South Africa who is looking to buy a specific garment, or piece of equipment, is able to do so by liaising with one of our stores.

Our Garden's Centre store in Cape Town will gladly quote you on any product that you would like to purchase. In this quote they will also include the cost of shipping the item to you - no matter where you are in the world.

Payment can be performed through a direct deposit into our bank account and not, unfortunately, by credit card. 

Do students and pensioners receive a discount?

Yes. If you are either a student or a pensioner, you receive a 5% discount from Cape Union Mart, on Cape Union Mart products, upon presentation of the relevant student or pensioner card.

Please note that this discount does NOT include GPSs or any Suunto products. 

Do you cater for corporate clothing with company logo's?

Yes, we do. Simply contact your local Cape Union Mart store, and our staff will gladly assist you with your corporate requests.

Do you have any franchise opportunities?

Regrettably, we do not offer any franchise opportunities.

Does Cape Union Mart have a catalogue of its products?

Many customers have, in the past, requested catalogues and brochures from us. In order to provide our customers with the most relevant and up-to-date information, we decided rather to use the web site.
