The Summit Club is a simple, points-based program that encourages Cape Union Mart employees to work, learn and play hard. You earn Summit Club points when you attend training courses, improve on your knowledge, achieve extra turnover, and by taking part in the activities that are promoted by Summit Club e.g. organised hikes, adventure racing competitions etc.

These points are backed up by awesome prize incentives that are rewarded to the top 3 performers on a quarterly and yearly basis. First place last year received a holiday of his choice valued at R25 000.
